CHAPTER A
TITLE: A:I
Brief Description
This policy covers how Lasglade Designs treats personal information submitted by customers/ users of the Ladglade Designs website. Personal information is information about users that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. User personal information will not be displayed on any web page, nor will it be able to be viewed by anyone but the user, and the staff members of Lasglade Designs. TITLE: A:II
General Policy
• Lasglade Designs only collects personal information when a user registers for a user authentication, and services provided by Lasglade Designs or any partner services.
• When a user registers we ask for information such as; name, birth date, address, state, country, zip, gender, and email address. Once you register with Lasglade Designs your information is only accessible to staff members of Lasglade Designs. All required fields of information should be answered truthfully upon request.
• Lasglade Designs automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP Address, cookies, and hits provided by the user.
• Lasglade Designs uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
• People under the age of 13 will be prohibited to sign up and will not be able to use any services provided by Lasglade Designs.
• Any users under the age of 13 cannot sign up and must have, parental consent before accessing any web page.
• Lasglade Designs does not rent, sell, or share personal information about users with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services upon user request, when Lasglade Designs have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
o Lasglade Designs provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Lasglade Designs under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use user personal information to help.
o Lasglade Designs management responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
o Lasglade Designs transfer information about users if Lasglade Designs is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Lasglade Designs will notify all users before user information transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
o Lasglade Designs believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Lasglade Designs terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

Member Services
TITLE: B:I
Unauthorized account sharing
Lasglade Designs prohibits any unauthorized sharing of passwords and or other account information that may be used under an Lasglade or PayPal account. Any shared account information will cause for that user account to be banned and shut down. A customer will provide an account user name and password to use any service provided by Lasglade Designs.
TITLE: B:II
Inaccurate account information
When a customer attemps to sign up for any Lasglade Designs service; they will be asked to provide information that will be used for the use of an Lasglade Designs account. Although not all fields are required, it is strongly suggested that the forms are accurate enough for the use of an account. Inaccurate information such as age and birthday will cause an account to be shut down and banned from further use.
TITLE: B:III
Deleting accounts
Any account optained by an user may be deleted at any time, if you are having problems with your account, we strongly recommend to check with support prior to deleting the account. When an account is deleted all personal information will be also deleted and no longer stored on Lasglade Designs servers. The deletion of an account will cancle all services that an user had signed up for and kill all transactions.

Illegal Hacking
Any persons trying to hack into the Lasglade Designs website, servers or any information owned by Lasglade Designs, will be banned and handed to the United States Government. Hacking personal information from another account will cause that user to be banned from any serviced provided by Lasglade Designs.
CHAPTER C
Contact Forms
TITLE: C:I
24 Hour Support
Any persons may use the Support page provided on the Lasglade Designs for help with accounts, web hosting, web layouts or any relatined information. Simply just fill in the requested information and send it to an Lasglade Designs employee or any general area of requested information. The support page is avaliable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All questions wil lbe answered within 24 hours after the request has been sent.
TITLE: C:II
Valid Information
All questions should be straight to the point. Questions and requested meetings should be liable and valid, if a user is trying to cause problems using provided contact forms, their account will be reviewed and or banned. Users should be as thural as possible in describing the problem.
Examples:
BAD: "My account dosn't work."
GOOD: "My account says that I am not a active user, please help me with my problem."
CHAPTER D
Message Boards
TITLE: D:I
Use of Message Boards
Users of Lasglade Designs may access the message board provided. Any illegal actions will cause that user to be banned from any further use of Lasglade Designs. Lasglade Designs strongly prohibits any racism, sexism, drug use, adult content to be posted on the Lasglade Designs message boards; again, those users will be banned from Lasglade Designs.
TITLE: D:II
Keeping it clean
The messages boards are made for member support, design tips, coding tips, and other information in that general area. All users should feel free to post as welcome only if posts are clean of anything listed under the "Use of Message Boards" section above. Anything posted otherwise will be deleted along with the user's account that posted it.

The Lasglade Designs name and logo is copyrighted under the United States goverment. Any mis-use of the logo or name will be taken in to civil court and is punishable by law. Stealing any work on the website is strictly prohibated and is illegal. All works on this website is copyright by Lasglade Designs- 2005, and will only be used if an written agreement is signed by the creator/ co- creator. If you are seeking permission to use Lasglade Designs trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features, please contact the head of Lasglade Designs by Submitting information on the support page, with the subject of My use of Lasglade , along with your address were we can mail you the aggreement that must be signed at once of acception.
